Refund Policy

At Shelliy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.

Sanitary Note: Due to the intimate nature of our products, all panties, bodysuits, and adhesive bras are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

Return Shipping: If the return is due to a product quality issue, Shelliy will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong size choice), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
